This policy explains what information Coedit ("we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Coedit is a pre-launch product; this page covers the marketing site and the early-access waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you choose to join the waitlist. That is the only personal detail we ask you for.
- Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your approximate request information. To rate-limit and prevent abuse of the waitlist, we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address, not the raw address.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access and product updates you signed up for.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site, including preventing spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site, under their own data-protection terms, for example our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Neon). We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or until we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it. Abuse-prevention data is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@coeditapp.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product grows. When we make material changes, we will update the date above.
