Plans and pricing
Coedit charges for creating, not for access. Viewing and commenting are always free and unlimited.
The rule is simple: you pay to create and edit, not to view. The people who build pages pay per seat. Viewing and commenting stay free and unlimited for everyone.
The plans
- Free ($0): up to 10 projects, co-editing, comments, canvas editing, publish-in via CLI and MCP, 7-day version history, and a small "Made with Coedit" badge.
- Pro ($12 / editor / month): unlimited projects, full version history, no badge, private and password-protected sharing, and a custom domain.
- Team ($20 / editor / month): everything in Pro, plus single sign-on, roles, an admin console, an audit log, and a shared library.
- Enterprise (custom): self-host or bring-your-own-cloud, SAML/SCIM, data residency, and a service level agreement.
How to think about it
- 1Just trying Coedit out? Stay on Free. You can create, share, and edit for real.
- 2Working solo and need more than 2 projects, a private link, or your own domain? Move to Pro.
- 3Working as a team and need shared access, roles, and admin controls? Choose Team.
Free viewers and commenters are unlimited on every plan. Only editor seats are counted.
