Manage or revoke a share link
See every link you made for a project, copy one again, or switch it off so it stops working.
Every view or edit link you make is listed in the Share & access card. From there you can copy it again or revoke it. Revoking means switching it off so it no longer works.

Turn a link off
- 1Open your project and open the Share & access card.
- 2Find the link in the list (each one shows its role, like View only or Can edit).
- 3Click Revoke next to it, then confirm.
- 4That link stops working right away. Anyone who tries it will no longer get in.
Revoking one link does not touch the others. Your main comment link keeps working.
