Give someone edit access

Make a Can edit link so a teammate can change the page with you. No account handover needed.

When you want someone to actually change the page, not just comment, you make an edit link and send it to them.

Under Invite with more access, click + Edit link. The new link copies itself to your clipboard.

Make an edit link

1Open your project and open the Share & access card.
2Under Invite with more access, click the + Edit link button (next to + View-only link).
3The new link is copied to your clipboard automatically. Paste it to your teammate and send it.
4When they open it and save a change, they will need to sign in once (so their edits have a name).

After they edit and save, the project appears under Shared on their dashboard, so they can find it again later.

Anyone who has an edit link can change the page. Only send edit links to people you trust, and revoke them when the work is done (see below).
