Reply to and resolve comments
Keep a conversation going on a pin, then mark it resolved when the feedback is handled.
Each pin is a little conversation. You reply to keep talking about that one spot, and you resolve it when the point is dealt with. Resolving clears it away without losing the record.

Resolving keeps the history but clears the pin from the active set, so the page does not fill up with old notes.
